I had an issue with MF over a digital order. Email server was likely eating the email with the serial in it at the server level (before I got it). I even had customer support resend the email to no result. In the end I got it sorted but it was a big of a problem for awhile..

I won't buy from them any more because of this issue. Apparently my ISP blocks their emails at the server level, and I never receive the product. Ultimately they would give the me the serial# over the phone after I jumped through identification hoops. Anyway, I have two of the four serials, which have been given to their respective owners, and I'm just waiting for their system to update and I'll call back in about a half-hour to get the other two.

At one point one could pay by paypal or credit card, but when users took their intro prize and cancelled their subs right afterwards, it was changed to "hard currency" only
