At least 32MB RAM?
Man FVCK, I only have 8 MB RAM. Guess it won´t run on my machine then. :(
MB? Not GB.

Why not?

That doesn't allow you to run them on OS X 64-bit.
Oh, you switched over to the dark side?

Was anyone able to get this working on Win 10 64 bit ?
Yep, Working here on Win 10 64bit, Live Intro 9.6.2.

That is correct.

Even though not the case for DX Reverb Light, Anwida Soft GEQ15V, GEQ3V, PEQ1V, CX1V and L1V (March 2009) are all working here as 64-bit vst, bridged by jBridgeM, and their AU equivalents are all wrappable via SoundRadix 32 Lives (but, strangely enough, their new beta, which also wraps vst, doesn't see their vst versions).
I did get a life,once...but it was faulty, so I sent it back.

This isn't something I would install on my studio computer since it's already loaded with reverbs but I would like to try it on this system for nostalgia's sake. It installed just fine but is simply not seen by the only two DAWs I have on this system. The installer did say VST 64 bit and the .dll is in the proper location. :?

Did you install it in a custom location ? I pointed the .dll to my VST 64 bit folder. Hmmm maybe I'll try again as now it has become a challenge....... :hihi:

I installed to the default location, then moved the .dll to my custom VST folder.

Thanks, maybe I'll try that. :)

EDIT: Ok I just let it install in it's default location and let it create the Steinberg/VstPlugins folder. I then pointed both Reaper and FL Studio to that location and did a re-scan. It now shows up in FL Studio but even after multiple scans will not show up in Reaper. This reverb is still cool after all these years but I've got better ones even free (Stanford Reverb). Looking forward to 64 bit versions of the comp and limiter if they come to see if they are still worth using after all this time...... :)

The 64 bit version is neither showing up in Studio One 3.2.3 x64 nor in Sonar X2 x64 here.

Sorry Anwida, but allowing the installer to let the user choose a location to install to, but then the plug-in only working when installed in the default location is just downright sloppy coding and speaks volumes about the testing :dog:

Removed from my hard drive.

TheoM wrote:I think if they ever re release the full version or spazio, you will be VERY impressed ;)
We'll see what happens. It would have to be very impressive for me to want to buy another reverb. I can't remember if I ever demoed Spazio or not. The fact that they are just now catching up to current technology doesn't give one much confidence in them but like I said we'll see what happens.

TheoM wrote:why not just email them and tell them you have an install issue? :?
Because life is just too short

If they can't be bothered to properly test their product, why should I be bothered to waste more time with a poorly updated legacy plug-in ? I have better things to do.
I just downloaded it to try out. It failed at the first hurdle.
If something as basic as the installer doesn't even function correctly, then forget it.

As other posters have pointed out, there are other free (and low priced) alternatives.

Not all of us spend our lives getting into e-mail exchanges with plug-in developers and then subsequently endlessly post on forums about it.

Likewise, if they can't code the installer to work properly what confidence does that give ?

Ok I just sent Anwida a support ticket since their comp and limiter plugins still show up in my account. I provided a link to this thread and offered to test any new versions of their plugins on Win 10.

I just noticed that it is not possible to move the Value knob on this reverb with the mouse cursor in FL Studio although the mouse wheel does work. Not too sure if this is an Anwida issue or an FL issue. Also it seems like presets are not loading properly when FL is in play mode but I'll have to work on that some more......

EDIT: By the way I don't know if license transfer is allowed but if it is I'd be willing to trade my Anwida CX1V and LV1 licenses for someone's GEQ31V license. I'm a sucker for 31 band EQ's........... :)
