I think Studio One is just very finnicky with CPU management on Windows 10. It is literally less than half as efficient as Ableton Live on my PC. When I'd bring it up I'd just get a whole lot of "that's weird, doesn't happen to me" so I gave up and switched to Cubase, which is potentially even more of a trooper than Live.EnGee wrote:I started my PC now, and strange! Like a magic, no spikes and 400% cpu usage! Just a normal cpu usage like in the other DAWs!Taurus wrote:No problem here in Studio One 3 with HQ on. I am on Win10 with an i7
I think Studio One and RePro~1 need sometime to know each other well
Just waiting for the support answer about the tax and RePro~1 will be from the main synths in my setup
Granted I've only tried Repro in Live thus far. Cubase is more used for mixing and vocal recording.

Btw - any chance of being able to modulate frequencies of the resonator someday?
Disclaimer - I haven't read the manual just yet, but this doesn't appear possible and I think it's a shame. You can get some very nice sounding formant effects that way. I'm not sure how you'd fit it into that little UI, but man, it's such a missed opportunity.

Step 1: Switch ResQ on on FX tab.Razzia wrote:Btw - any chance of being able to modulate frequencies of the resonator someday?

Step 2: Go Keyboard screen, Perform section on right... right-click a target (not drag it), go to ResQ sub-menu, select the frequency you wish to modulate, and the mod source below it.

First post here, Got to say I'm loving Repro and will definitely buy it,
Urs, Will there be more presets in the final release?
Many thanks

The Factory Library included in this latest beta release contains a little over 450 presets. This is more or less the final amount, we might add another couple of them, we'll see.dpgood wrote:...Will there be more presets in the final release?

Your default/first preset better be all about not going.Urs wrote:Hehe, my gut feeling: There won't be a shortage of presets for this thing

Sorry no chance to do any beta on this latest one but I paid and supported the release already so will the full version just appear in the user account once released ?

You just download the final release from our website, install and unlock with the serial you have received. If you're subscribed to our newsletter, you'll get one on the day (or the next, latest).Synthman2000 wrote:Sorry no chance to do any beta on this latest one but I paid and supported the release already so will the full version just appear in the user account once released ?

Hi,
"drone"-mode not working in "zzz"-mode?
Gives a strange noise.
Reaper-32 on Windows-7/64.
Duplications steps: Load Repro (init-patch), turn on "zzz", turn on "drone".

Yep, good catch. But it's already been fixed. So final version won't have that problem anymore.Chris-S wrote:Hi,
