Any word/advice on this?Stefken wrote: * sleepy mode: cannot see a real change in the CPU consumption. When playing, the meter in Ableton 9.7 bounces between 15 and 40%. When not playing: not much different. I would expect a significant change as you're using a draft mode then.

I see not others have reported this. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but basically it's putting on zzz mode and not playing anything for some time right?
To make it more specific so it's easier to reproduce.
Only applications Ableton Live 9.7 and repro1-5279 were 'actively running' if you know what I mean.
I used the patch "TAS Shorty" in "08 seq - Basslines". Meter in Ableton was bouncing quite stable between 21 and 28%. When looking at taskmanagement, I can see that one core is pulling the load and I get some spikes now and then (spikes reaching like 50% on the core where overall level is much lower (around 10%)).
When not playing for some time, nothing changed much. Meter in Ableton is little lower (bouncing from 19 to 24%). Spikes also happening.
(see printscreen; the printscreen shows the situation when not playing for some time).
