I second this, I wanna a set up like in Minority Report for my music making.

MusicRadar's Namm Rumors article says "we hear that at least one full DAW update could be in the offing.".

Yeah lets hope its bws or at least ableton. This is going to be really interesting.

Think it was Tracktion Waveform. As far as other DAWs I have seen. Nothing else yet. Really hoping bitwig has something up their sleeve by next month.

Just thought the same ... what a shame for a 2.0 release ... but on a huge Micrsoft touchscreen ...

Wow, i feel bad for him, he seems very uncomfortable talking about the (under the hood) modular system and the new pricing model, he didn't even demonstrate the fades...

and maybe he was even made a very understatement, just because they are not the usual bizniz bigmouth trumps out there...geez the arguments gettin weaker evry day.

Since Peter was rather critical and dismissive in his first BWS review, I was positively surprised that he "got" what 2.0 is about.

1st of all: Chill out, i'm not judging anyone, just saying.
2nd: I've seen Claes giving much better and confident interviews before comparing to this one.
3rd: It's a quick and non professional interview with a camera (yes, like the one you have on your phone!!!) So, It's just a camera not a gun!!!

I was just there and had a 10:30 interview with Klaus and he answered all my questions intelligently and honestly. He's not a talking head, he's not the CFO, he's one of the guys and if they're all like him and Mea and Dom, both of whom I correspond with via email, Bitwig is a nice group of folks.

Honestly, I was kind of surprised too. CDM was pretty firmly in what I affectionately call "the Apple Reality Distortion Field" for a good long time and that affected the writing/commentary, but it has always been a good read. There's a ton of really good stuff in this upgrade. The only thing that I specifically want that hasn't been implemented is the ability to change meter in a project. Once the hubbub about pricing dies down and some more folks can get their hands on 2.0 I think things are going to be a lot more interesting on this forum.
