Regarding login issues, some folk may need to reset your passwords - we have updated our back end with updated security and a side effect is some passwords will no longer work. Just use the password reset button to generate a new one

Tried to reset my login password and got this message: "too many password reset requests. Please wait and try again or contact hello@example.com."

^same, I tried to reset it once in the last 6 hours, and once just now.

Me too. Can't log in. Can't get a password reset. It needs to be sorted on the site rather than with individual emails to support - it's obviously a sizeable problem.

Collective registration seams to work now :hihi:

but...

can`t register the DAW Essentials Collection, the micro synth pack and MasterMix ...

Message is the like before:

Registration failed
sorry, we were not able to authorize your reguest. you don`t have a valid license for this product. we are upgrading our systems so please try again later. :scared:

They just added this to the account login screen: "If you have an account, sign in with your email address.
Please Note: all customers with licenses before Waveform will need to click to reset your password below. "

Tried to reset password... does not work. Sent a message to support like others above mentioned. Waiting..........

I hope this can be fixed for all of us having this issue, it's certainly not just one of us...

They're making progress. I was able to get through the password recovery without errors, now waiting for my email :tu: But I guess their mailserver is getting hammered right now, so keep calm and make music :phones:
Update: Mail received, pw reset and I AM SUCCESSFULLY LOGGED IN :party: :party: :party:

A couple of things I've noticed with the demo and Collective. OSX 10.11.6 iMac 2.66 intel core duo (under spec I know, but works fine with minimum CPU showing until.....)
... 64-bit Waveform .... program freezes with spinning beachball when changing presets in Collective
...32-but Waveform .... program crashes - poof crash --- when trying to add second/third instance of Collective.
It looks very good, but I have stability fears....

Nope... still getting this on password reset screen: "Too many password reset requests. Please wait and try again or contact support@tracktion.com."

Account login still says this: "Invalid login or password."

For those having authorisation problems, if you have non alphanumeric characters in your password, log in to your account and change the password to remove them. It looks like marketplace can handle non alphanumerics, but the authorisation dialog process cannot. :clap:
