I think at the time they just incremented the version number of the bundle and you could upgrade that way. E.g., a new UA plug was released, 100% Unfiltered 1.0 was discontinued and 100% Unfiltered 1.1 appeared in its place, allowing you take advantage of the bundle completion discount to get the new plug.
TBH I'm kinda worried I might not be able to afford SpecOps now. I'd assumed there'd be a bundle completion discount :/
edit: actually, just spotted the custom bundle discount should still do the trick assuming I'm understanding it correctly and can count my previously purchased UA plugs toward it
