30% additional discount is quite a bit (almost one third off additionally) for our long-term customers to get, which new users cannot. I, or IK to be more precise, cannot control the fact that your government charges taxes nor control exchange rates - we aren't fans of those things either but we must comply with the law. I don't believe that those factors should be a first impression of IK, but an impression of your government. We are offering up to 30% off additionally for loyal customers - from an already low price.

Where is the 30% Discount? Mine is 99$ and minues some Jam Points i have.

Up to 30% off using JamPoints. This is the deal that current users can get that is not available to new users. I know many are concerned with the deal that others can get, since the pre-order pricing is already so low but loyal customers do have additional discount available via the aforementioned JamPoints.

Since you are doing a special for users of smaller packages, what about doing a special for those that already have it all (like a 50% discount, for example - THAT would be a reward).

3. There is not specific information about a free CS version at this time, if that is what you mean. The four new modules need to be purchased as part of one of the versions available for preorder at this time so you'd use them in/as part of T-RackS 5, T-Racks 5 Deluxe, or T-Racks 5 MAX

I found it...what a sad day, it does not even let me use additional 9 Jam points from
a purchase before to which i am entitled to, it is capped at 30%. God Damn!

The 30% cap was introduced by IK Multimedia, after users lobbied to be able to use JamPoints on products offered at sale / special prices. before that the cap was (I believe) 50% but JamPoints could only be used on "full -price" products, not during sales etc.

Getting an already-low-priced $/€99.99 offer for as low as $/€69.99 is the reward. JamPoints you accrue are a reward program for loyal customers.

I stated at this time, as there is no T-RackS Custom Shop free version currently available. There will be more details with regard to what is available a la carte and at what price(s) available upon release.

My jampoints more than tripled since yesterday... mistake?

Wish I could use my credits... have a little over 200 from stocking up on sale, etc.

I also wish my CS purchases would be represented outside the CS... like in the support area or somewhere in my website account.

I converted over to all singles a few years ago (in the last group buy, I think) and have everything up to the limiter except the multiband plug-ins, but still have some deregistered collections I intended to sell.

Will the TR5 app work with non-IK plug-ins?

If not... it makes it kind of a non-starter for me, even as cool as it seems to be.

Might just wait and see what happens later.

Looks like a nice update... too bad I can't use my money they already have.
