Just installed Reaper 5.62 32 bit on my Windows 10 64 bit machine, PTEq-X VST3 32 bit works perfectly.Turello wrote:REAPER v5.62 (32 bit) on 64 bit Machine laptop don't recognize the VST3 version...
Stupid question: are you sure you're trying to load the 32 bit version of PTEq-X and not the 64 bit version?
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Amateur technicians are assessed by the tools they possess - and the amount of those tools, with an obvious preference to the latest hyped ones.

Try to turn the "boost" knobs of the MEQ5 and see what happens...sfxsound3 wrote:This is the default setting with all parameters to zero. What are those bumps at 200 Hz and 5 kHz? Should they be there?
In the digital world is not always a good idea to set a filter parameter to 0, because it can lead to a division by 0 somewhere and corrupt the state of the filter itself and the entire chain after it by filling memories with "inf" or "nan" values, which means no output until you reset the system state. Not good.
In my plug-ins, I usually avoid these situations by forcing parameter values to something a little more than 0, like 0.01, and this is what causes those peaks.
I find a "bump" of 0.02dB to be quite tolerable, though...
