Hello SB Support,

I tried to download the latest version of my paid VST - Artillery. (I can provide you my serial number and purchase details) My login - shrivats_k@ymail.com

I had an extremely bad internet due to which my downloads kept failing. :(

Now all my downloads are blocked! I have also contacted you through your on site support page.

Please release my download, my major project depends on it!

I set your download attempts to zero, so it should work now, please try again.
Sorry for the trouble!

Just in case...please don't use a download helper or a download manager addon within your browser.
Most times that is the problem when downloads do not work.
