I sent last week quetion and still didn't get any reply.
Yes, it works. The software updates have however caused a lot of traffic, so the guys might have had to prioritize. Also, it's a long weekend due to public holidays in Germany. Rob has answered a lot of tickets yesterday, but with Superbooth coming up, the majority of the support team won't be back before next Tuesday.

(Ugh, we might need to communicate that...)

Can you specify what error exactly you're experiencing? Best to just send a screenshot or copy/paste of the error to our support email.

Already working on a solution. Have you tried again over the last days? If not, please do. Should there still be issues, then please report to our support email.
Cheers

A small issue; when you have something in your shopping cart it is impossible to delete it. If you make quantity '0' then update it seems to work but go back to the site at any point and the item is still in the cart.

Mac OS 10.13.4 and Safari 11.1.

I'm not sure if this is fixable. The basket is on an external website (ShareIt/MyCommerce). It is deliberately designed so that we (or our website) can not read what you do (e.g. enter credit card info). As such it isn't possible for us to see what changes to the cart you did. Only, once the process is finished, it can call a link to empty the basket on our website.

But of course. Send us an email to support@u-he.com or use the contact forms. The guys will let you know what they need to update your contact info.

By the way, regarding the contact form, it does not have the Privacy Policy acceptance check box condition, which is now required due to GDPR.

Our consultants haven't complained about it, i.e. it wasn't on our list of changes. I guess because we are required to give customer support, answering support requests is legitimate interest.

Anyhow, I'll ask them - it should be an easy fix.
