How come? They've never really interested me, but I've yet to try any of their gear.

Is this one fake too? https://www.residentadvisor.net/news.aspx?id=41955
Don't think so.

However Behringer is NOT suing forum users. That is a misunderstanding of legalese mumbo-jumbo.
This is absolutely correct. If you read the pleadings and understand the legal concept of John Doe, it is clear that Behringer was going after DSI itself.

It all sounds the same. He just recycles the same stuff over and over. Its of no interest to me personally.

So they finally show their true colours. Ha!

I've never forgiven them for buying Energy XT and then selling it.

That was a golden opportunity to chain Jorgen to his developer desk and refuse him bread and water unless he cracked on and gave the people what they wanted. A version of Energy XT 1 would have been a bonus, perhaps rewarded by turning the heating back on (it's cold in Norway), or a small ration of salted fish (it's all the Norgs eat apparently).

But no, they let it all slip out of their hands. Like a dead mullet! (or herring)

If anyone could have locked Jorgen down it would have been Uli and the boys!

What a missed opportunity.

Now they just bully all those poor little gearslutz trying to save a buck.
I'd like to see them try 'that' with the good people of this forum (none of us have 'any' money, and even when we do, we don't buy, but just complain about the amazing stuff we got for free!)

As for Behring:

Will never buy anything from them ever again.

Never before in the history of humanity has a hitler parody video been more sorely needed.

Hitler: "Right, everyone who ever bought any of that cheap 'reverse engineered' crap from Behring, leave the room now!"

Herman Goerring: "But mein Fuhrer, it's actually quite good value considering what you get, and even SSL build their consoles in China, sorry the Philippines these days!"

Hitler: "Mein Gott!"

Sometimes I wish I had more time on my hands.

[Disclaimer: No Germans were offended in the making of this parody, because, well, we all know what a wonderful sense of humour they all have, especially Uli]

German companies beginning with B completely ripping off products made by other companies? It'll never happen, not even twice...

As someone who owns 4 of his instruments, I can assure you that is a crock o’ sh!t.

Can't the OP correct the header of this thread?
How difficult is to write the company name in the correct form? (maybe said earlier, I repeat this request).

It was intentional I believe so that the Behringer Google scanners don't pick it up.
That said, I'm sure they're more intelligent than that.
"I was wondering if you'd like to try Magic Mushrooms"
"Oooh I dont know. Sounds a bit scary"
"It's not scary. You just lose a sense of who you are and all that sh!t"

Of course they are, I'm sure they realised immediately it referred to 'B who shall not be named' - in other news I hear they are now also suing a landmass and this company for trademark infringement :)

Are we really already there, we can't have a discussion and talk about companies in their names?

Well, you cant assure me of anything. Tried them all (by tried, i mean spent a LOT of time with them, not 10 mins in a store). Dull, uninnovative and over priced.
