Air plugs... Wait nevermind.
Most UA plugs are resizable I believe. No instruments yet though

Papen's excellent Predator 2 and Blue II have buttons to present an enlarged GUI. The Predator one is fine on my 4K monitor, but I wish the Blue II was about 25% larger.
SynthMaster One has a big GUI. All the Meldas are resizeable; I don't have MPowerSynth, but I assume it's the same.
Tokyo Dawn is going all resizeable, I think.
FLStudio's Harmor and Sytrus VSTi's are resizeable. Maybe a few others in their lineup.
EDIT: Blue Cat's stuff is resizeable. No synths, but their effects are world-class. And Axiom, which is resizeable in increments, lets you insert effects, then exposes all of their controls in a separate, enlargeable strip. Also lets you insert VSTi's but I haven't fooled with that much, and I don't see a way to access preset banks this way.

All Rob Papen is resizable in the meaning you can choose "big screen" gui too.
KV331 synths also. Also Imposcar1 &2.

The Audio Damage instruments (e.g. Quanta) and effects are fully vector-based, no?

Oh, golly, these may be (ARE?) amongst the best out there right now...in terms of the sheer smoothness of how they re-size, just like an elastic!kbaccki wrote:ToneBoosters starting to introduce scalable UIs. High quality plugins to boot.
Warm shout out.
