Yup, Red was a CM employee. Not sure if he had much say over the editorial content per se, but with him around, at least at SOME point in the process of the team pulling together a mag he would surely have noticed such an oversight.

Heh, I picked up one of their discs ages ago (supposedly one of their best-- Music Has The Right to Children), but I haven't given it a proper listen even once.

One of those things I bought on a whim and just haven't gotten around to yet. Probably a diamond that I'm missing out on.

Though if I'm having a bad day, I'd suggest playing your Aphex Twin 'Selected Ambient II' vinyl on the wonkiest old Dansette you can find while sitting in a row boat for the same effect.

They spew on about Cubase and Pro-Tools and having to buy two lisences, one for each platform. Muppets.

Yeah. With this letter it's almost like someones testing they're T-knowledgeability. Like "Hey I'm looking for [TRACKTION] any suggestions?" - "Yeah dude - Cubase and pro-tools can do the things your after if you work at them"
