eh? OK, i'll recheck. i was under the impression that output selection was not available in the plugin version, and the manual states as much.

The batch import, from what I understand is just pointing it to a folder with appropriately name files. But, I’ve had no luck, so maybe I’m wrong.

by batch import i didn't mean "import a folder", i meant "import a bunch of folders and make libraries out of them". that process doesn't exist in the first place.

Importing has never really been a strong point of Sampletank. I have those Samples From Mars synths & drums too, and they are indeed fantastic and would be great to use in Sampletank.

I was under the same impression after reading the manual, but found it is possible in the plugin version. The master channel out of SampleTank is not assignable in the plugin version.

Ah ok, import a bunch of folders would be radical and would single handedly change the face of SampleTank (for the better).

Same here. I have a tracking number sent to me on 2/27 with expected delivery yesterday and according to FedEx my USB is still in Sunrise, FL (Label created and info sent to FedEx is current status). Have reached out to sales twice since my initial inquiry and no response. Frustrating.

My deliver date is today though it hasn't begun tracking it yet like others. Hmmmmmmmm.

Peter, most of us here have nothing but respect for you (and pity) but this is one sloppy release.

I understand fixing the USBs before they ship. As do most folks. Most companies would do something about it though.

I hope the best for this release eventually (please be better than ST3) but I am worried.

There appear to be quite a few folks quite upset...And quite a few that are laughing as they "learned their lesson" after ST3.

i've had dropouts on my regular settings with a single instance of ST4, where with ST3 i was able to run it with a lot of instances and lots of other stuff loaded as well without issues. so i'm guessing ST4 CPU usage is (currently) far higher than SampleTank 3. i haven't actually measured it though.

Update - I just received an E-mail saying that my USB has shipped and that there were problems their FedEx system over the last week...Wow.

SampleTank 4 on the way
