The size aspect is less an issue in MuLib, i meant the zip package that is distributed from mutools.com
I'd suggest you do upload SkaLooper to MuLib including the samples so it's immediately playable after download.
But I can make a version wich triggers sequence players and use only existing samples instead of audio loops.
That sounds like an interesting way to go for inclusion in the mutools zip package as this way will have less impact on the size.

If it's ok for the Mulib, I will provide some soundpacks.

Why can't I add new samples? What am I doing wrong?
I click on Multi-sampla and New and the menu just closes.

I don't understand what you mean.
Where do you click MultiSampla, where do you click New?
Pls provide a step-by-step to repeat the issue

L-click an instrument in the clip section. I click drums.
The drums Multi-Sampla window appears.
Click the text box and select New.

It just closes the window. Whereas I'm expecting the file browser to open so you can select a sample.
Is that what should happen?

you juste created an empty Multisampla.
Then you have to click on the little arrow to edit your multisampler and put your audio loops in there (starting from C#1)
