It might be that the plugins you listed just don't support High DPI or per-monitor scaling very well.
these are all plugins that display perfectly on T7.
Oh hang on! Ok, if i select "enable dpi awareness" from the drop-down in the upper-left corner of the plugin GUI, it does NOT work, BUT, i just found out if I right-click on the little plugin icon thing (either the icon resting on the clip or on the track) and click "enable dpi awareness" from THAT menu, it works like a charm. So at least we have a workaround. Thanks!
