Clicking on any of the links to the betas directs me to an empty screen.

Also when I try to download the mac version direct from the website, it also comes up with nothing

MuLab & MUX Modular Plugin version 8.5 have been released today. That's why the beta folder is empty. You can find the M8.5 release versions here:
