Тебе ж сказали, есть галочка авто-продления подписки, если ты её нажал (случайно / не заметил / забыл) - то зачем винить других?

В любом случае - у Bitwig адекватный саппорт, 99% что они просто вернут тебе деньги и отменят подписку в течение ближайшего времени.
Просто пасха, праздники и карантин.

Зачем подымать бучу, не ясно.

Well i still have not receive any e-mails with conformation of any purchase!!!!!

It is very sad situation and i really dont know what to do. I wrote 2 tickets and no responce from BITWIG.

Бро, я паникую, потому что вообще не знал про это. Я кстати до сих пор не вижу где эта галочка ставится в личном кабинете. Мне обидно, что я вписался в такую историю, когда каждая копейка на счету, время тяжёлое. А еще мне не понравилось, что о транзакции я вообще по горячим следам узнал, ни смс, ни емейла, бля да даже сам апгрейд план не продлился. Просто взяли и слили бабки втихую с карты, ты считаешь это нормальным?

There really needs to be an option in the user account that allows you to change your mind.

oh cool option!!! that means i have to keep it in mind During 1 year))) Maby i was high or drunk during buying or just simply i didn't understood what does this mark mean. It is totally non comfortable option that cause those situation. It should be in user account panel!

Your thread title would be a lie even if you didn't get a refund (which Bitwig have been kind enough to offer). You requested they take the money, the auto-subscribe option is NOT selected by default, you have to actually go out of your way to select that you want to be billed every year automatically.

God help you if you tick boxes on financial transactions when you dont know what it is you are opting in to!
