But a part from the GB, you can def sell your items and they don't became NFR until you transfer it several times. In my experience, I've bought Fender 1, 4 years ago here in the second hand forum and I sold it last week without problems.
The NFR thingy only goes for GB items and things you bought wiht the jam points

This is what I am talking about, not GB items or other discounts. Second-hand items going NFR after X number of transfers. IK does not make it clear how many transfers are allowed and how the current owner, nevermind the buyer of a second-hand item is supposed to know this.

Bought the SKNote Distressor from christian f. . It was an odyssee to get hold of SKNote Quinto (the developer of the plugin) to transfer the licenses. Christian followed it through, offered a refund while we were waiting for Quinto and tried every possible way known to man to contact SKnote / Quinto.

i wouldnt buy SKnote Plugins again, but thats not Christians fault, or a lack of plugin quality. Its simply near impossible to get Quinto to react to complete a transfer. (I know we live in special times with the pandemic right now but SKnote/Quinto is indeed active on FB and Gearslutz)

Yes, beware of buying secondhand Sknote licenses... can take several weeks! What a headache for Quinto, he should really try to automate it like Voxengo's system, or hire a customer service helper.

And hey, so I see Sample Magic are closing their website - where they don't even have a "plugins" section anymore. I guess our Stacker / MagicAB licenses are worthless and have been for some time...

Interesting. I'm still able to download MagicAB 1.2 from my user area, but indeed the upgrade to 2.0 is no longer available. I think it's just serial-number copy protection, not challenge/response, so I guess it should continue to be installable so long as you save the installers and your serial number?... Would be nice to get an official word on what's going on with those plugins, though.
