Good day! I have a very annoying problem with the Repros and Diva, I just sent a bug report to the support but I post it also here so that maybe I can get some help.
Here's the thing:
I open Ableton Live and when I open anyone of Repro-1, Repro-5 or Diva i get the message "File couldn't be written to C:\Users\orien\Documents\u-he\Diva.data\Support\com.u-he.Diva.Preferences.txt - this might be a problem with file permissions. Check out the FAQ section on u-he.com/support/to solve file permission issues". If I click on this window it closes and then the plugins seems to be working, but I cannot close Ableton anymore because "an error with library.cfg closing file" comes out and it gets stuck it doesn't close anymore.
It started a week ago with the Repros which have been working perfectly fine up until then... But strangely this also happens to Diva which I purchased just two days ago!
The installation paths are the standard ones proposed during installation so I think they should be correct, I have the link folders in the folder with the .dll files, and the .data folders in documents\u-he.
Please can you help me out on this? It is very very annoying.
Many thanks!

Thanks for the answer, I tried reinstalling Diva following the FAQ you linked, but unfortunately the problem remains...

Just checked our Support inbox but there's no email from you about this issue yet, could you send it again? Thanks.
