My evergreen link in that regard. :) https://markmoshermusic.com/2011/07/23/ ... s-blofeld/

I also made a spreadsheet with a list of the wavetables of both Largo and Blofeld, and from which hardware synths they are derived from, if you're interested (gathered from the synths' manuals): https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... sp=sharing

I do not understand the preset functions. There is a pull-down category thing, but when I select a category, it does nothing. Is there a way to filter presets to show only basses, for example?
Doing nothing is only fun when you have something you are supposed to do.

yes, type in bass and hit enter.

Is it resizable? I downloaded a demo, and didn't find a way to do so, so I am assuming it isn't?
Thanks in advance.

Nope, it's not resizable. Oldschool plugin. :D The GUI is quite alright on full HD here though.

Yeah, they bought Wolfgang. I mean... Wolfgang retired, and they bought his synths. ;)

overall nice synth,it has it's own sound,but somehow didn't impress me enough,otherwise the price is nuts.Cheers :)

I've always wanted a Waldorf synth, so this offer came around a nice time. Not really done much with it yet, but presets are a bit underwhelming.

Hopefully it is capable of some cool stuff, seems it in the way it works.

I heard the Wolfgang Palm Synth will be available around September 2020.

Well what can I say, I've been messing about with it all morning, and I can come back and say the presets do not do this synth justice at all.

It's a pleasure to use tbh, it sounds incredible, basic patches have a clarity and lushness and once you get to grips with the controls, you have some wicked options.

And the best bit is some high unison patches with loads of reverb etc, tiny CPU imprint, its seriously impressive.

I am so pleased I picked this up yesterday, was a bit put off by the presets, but spent a few hours with it now and i'm blown away. I wonder what their blofeld sounds like in comparison.

Blofeld sounds very similar. I had both here and compared. They're close to identical. Only very small differences.
