I can. Still the same problem. Never had this problem even once, starting from BW 2.x up to BW 3.2.4 with for example tons of updates from Meldaproduction. Not a single time I ended up going to the file system and deleting software internal indexes and caches.

Bitwig reports: C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\HY-POLY free(x64).vst3

BTW it's not only Bitwig, VSTHost does not load it as well. V1.0.0 works in both. Even switching back from 1.0.7 or 1.0.71 to 1.0.0 works like a charm in both, meaning the cache is updating as expected in Bitwig.
Could it be you missed to hard link a necessary lib or something because the 1.0.71 is smaller than the 1.0.0.

Yes, the run time library was not linked statically in free version.

That seems to be Windows only... The Mac version from the web site works if I instantiate it newly, my projects don't find it, that is why I suspect a wrong ID... (Working on Mojave and Mac Pro 2013)

That seems to be Windows only... The Mac version from the web site works if I instantiate it newly, my projects don't find it, that is why I suspect a wrong ID... (Working on Mojave and Mac Pro 2013)

Can you try to re-install it?
If you can load the project correctly with v1.0.0, you can export the current state of HY-POLY free as a preset.
Then install the latest one and load the preset.

Yes, did go back already with my timemachine. Also saved my patch as preset, but I still loose my modulations and automations... I get my OSC also easily finished with the old version, but no other plugin has this update problem. I just recall one, which switched the ID, because they had been different for Mac and PC. They need to be the same of course, to be able to keep projects cross platform... If that is the reason I will not complain. For such a wonderful free gift I accept everything...; - )
I just think it would be good for you to find out why it happens. That would benefit the full version...

Just did so and as before the new plugin is recognized and working in REAPER 6 but still will not load in existing projects.

Tried it ( REAPER 6 ). Same result. Will update my project the hard way then. Hope you can use the feedback.
