Just began playing some of the sounds of TAL-MOD, and doing some basic editing, this synth is a monster.

I will name it my Orange Monster Synth. Really Like it, custom GUI colors and scalability, and the Effects are top notch. Especially the Reverb. Wow !

Weren't you the guy who asked how to make psytrance FM sounds in Dune? Check what Tal Mod can do, it's pretty good at this sort of thing with the right settings (you need to use both FM and sync).

Oh yeah that was one of the reasons to get into TAL Mod too!

Talmod is great and is ond of my favourite synths because of the exceptional soundquality .
But buying it because of it’s limited fm capabilities is not really a , dune 3 excels at that where each osc can be a source , in talmod only osc 2 ( as modulator ) can do linear fm on osc 1 , and the subosc is the only available audio rate source ( and noise ) to control all other destinations
On the other hand talmod can do some windowed sync for fake filter resonance sounds
try this
Osc 1 =set to sine , set volume to zero and enable sync
osc 2 =mute
osc 3/subosc (also muted ) , set to sine and modulate osc 1 amp (set modulation range all the way up ) , this way osc 3 is providing a window ing funciton and osc1 is only restarted when subosc does
Now modulate osc 1 pitch with an envelope ,

Awesome. Great purchase, you probably won't regret it! In our opinion this beast its 'limitations' push you to be creative. If you like sound design of course. Love your skin too. Looks a bit like vaz-modular from way back
