The Groove3 30-day free trial didn't require payment information, so I had assumed they wouldn't try to charge at the end of it... perhaps I should cancel on the second to last day just to be safe.Kurdish Mayfield wrote: Mon Aug 17, 2020 9:55 amIts your own fault, just face it. Free trials always come with the caveat that they will charge you. Just accept this as a lesson. I've signed up for so many in the last year of shelter in place, like Ask Audio and I cancel right away. I forget some like You Tube TV and I just live with the mistake. If you didnt know you'd be charged you should really stay away from aggressively pursuing bargains. If it were my business I would never refund you.timbit2006 wrote: Mon Aug 17, 2020 6:15 am Did anyone else sign up for producertechs free trial promo 3 months ago and just got hit with a 9.99GBP auto charge to their paypal account? I don't really know how to feel, they trick you to sign up with a free trial then auto charge your account when you forgot about the site months later. It legitimately does not even have 1 single thing on it that would be useful to me at this point. I don't recall giving them permission to auto charge my paypal either.
I did e-mail their support so hopefully It's just an honest mistake on their end, if not I'm not sure what to do. does anyone have any thoughts or advice on this? Thanks in advance
Producertech did also come with iirc a few gigabytes of free samples. Mostly house music though.
