AH that explains it we cut access to many old client signatures such as this cause we were getting DDoSed and attacked from those.

No but render full songs yes. Many people have bragged doing so in the past.
I don't see any harm in rendering a song using a demo .
Just increase the time out period and add a second of white noise , every minute or so , render problem fixed :tu:
If people like a plugin ,they will buy it eventually ..at least I do

this is no granular synth etc. so i dont see why people complain about the 5 mins. yeah money is money and even for a 40 dollar plugin you need to be able to test it but really, i didnt authorize it the first 3 times as i clicked the wrong file to authorize and already could hear and test the results. no offense to plogue as the SFC chip isnt a complex synth or something but a more simple showcase to test (the background technique is something else :D).... if this would be a granular synth or something i would also say 5 mins are not enough to test

The super annoying 4mins demo time is for all his products. Just because some morons bragged about rendering a song with the demo on twitter. I don't know any other company which does it. Are they all stupid ?

The comparison that this is not a granular synth is beyond me , what does the synthesis technique has to do with a time out period ?
Unless you mean complexity :tu:
Same goes for chipspeech , 5 minutes demo , hardly enough to write some text and when you start tweaking the demo period is over .
Anyway , plogue is ace and it delivers some exceptional products targeted at a niche market . :tu: , those that care about it will buy it , a longer demo will just make it easier to test drive it .

Hehe, it just came to my mind that the next chipsynth might be about to or already have been released and voila here it is...

First question I have: does it also come with an integrated music player of the classic games? :D

Edit: it seems from the description that it does... yay! 8)

Can user samples be tempo sync'd to your DAW in the new Chipsynth?
For loops etc..

Hum the Super Nintendo's audio core doesn't have floating point precision playback speed, nor time stretching. The only way to to tune your sample length using pitch adjustments and re-trigger each loop in your DAW.

hi david :).
sorry to go off your current track, but...

bidule, the "audio file players" in the screenshots, here at kvr, do they loop? or is there a loop player that will just loop any length, therefore out of sync with the others?

thanks. :)

As a fan of vintage sampler and rompler, this is priceless to me. I own several plugins for that, as well as some hardware such as the early PSS, PSR and Casios. But none are able to nail those nostalgic sound in my head. Being grown up with a pride of owning a Nintendo console, so grateful that there's finally a plugin with such a glorious spirit. It's kind of an M1 of the chipsynth with 8 layers, and the touch of fm reminds me a bit of the TG33 as well. Maybe a vector version will going to be cool. I love the TG33, but sometimes need it to sound more like a SNES and this is the perfect answer to that. Thought it's going to be a simple thing to achieve such kind of sound, using a variety of lo-fi processor plugin. Until I saw how complicated things are from the video. It's more than a chiptune synth to me, but more of a specific character synth. Using it with something like EOS2 or Super Massive, it's an instant lo-fi ambient generator.

No worries. Both Audio File Looper and "Boboche Looper" (meaning mediocre in Québécois) sync to DAW speed/pos, because they use floating point calculation they are always correct. (to make a parallel with the previous question)
