So in other words: I feed this midi effect with a single long note and get random sequences (on a 16th´s grid) which contains (set by probability) notes or gaps of 1/8th, 1/16th or 1/32nd of the same pitch...Rhythmizer - draw one note. Roll the dice.
Want to see what the machines are thinking? Get your favourite synth and draw one long note, and let Rhythmizer do the rest. Play with the probability of 8th, 16th and 32nd notes, then hit the Modulation settings for some quick randomness. Hit record then let it do its thing - then slice up the goods to your taste.
I tried a bit with RandArp ( https://www.codefn42.com/randarp/index.html ) but it doesn´t just do 16ths or 32nds but randomly everything in between too respectively let notes overlap as well... not what I am looking for...
Riffer can be abused for that too but as it cannot get convinced to spit out just one pitch I can use it just with synths where I can set a fixed pitch...
Do you know perhaps something better than I found???
