Check option:
Settings -> General -> Mouse -> Other tracks area: Wheel scrolls horizontally
Second from bottom in Mouse section.

Nice that's got it, many thanks.

I think it should ripple delete the arranger item and the corresponding sections of tracks underneath it. When you use the arranger item to copy or move a section, it doesn't just copy or move the arranger item. It copy/moves the corresponding sections of tracks also. Maybe that's what it's supposed to do and this is a bug.
I agree, that does look like a bug.

Strangely enough there is a macro command that does exactly what you want, but it is not present by default amongst the various things you can add keyboard shortcuts for, so you can actually add this as a macro and create a keyboard shortcut to that macro:

Code: Select all

Tracktion.deleteSectionOfEditCoveredBySelectedClips();

Render track = didn't find any audio to render

Best guess based on little information is "Pass Through Plugins" is not enabled in the Render dialog box.
Surely there must be consensus by now...

When Waveform window maximized and display scale (L&F settings) is greater than 100%, the window become resized vertically to smaller size. From top and bottom. And there is no way to make it maximized. Alt-"+" (window header button) makes window jumping. It's looks ugly. Also, if I make window to fit desktop size manually, and then switch to any tab in DAW - window jumps to smiler size again. I very like this DAW, but i have big screen and weak eyes, I need 150% scale. Please, solve this problem.
Can you post some screenshots, not quite sure what you mean. I'm not seeing an issue, but I'm on Big Sur.

Confirmed and fixed. There is a crash in the Linux / Windows specific optimized code. Will try and get a build out asap.

boomt wrote: Sun Feb 14, 2021 4:11 pm I have noticed that ctrl + a in the piano roll will select all the clips in the arranger instead of all the notes in the piano roll, it even does this when the piano roll window is undocked as its own window. Not sure if this is intended functionality?
This will be fixed in next build

It's best seen on video:

If I am not mistaken, in Export: Render to file - the export tracks to separate files did not work prior to the update. It works for me now. This is something that should have been working before, of course, but I am thrilled that it is working now.

Thanks, fde101. Indeed that macro does do what I want. Appreciate the help.

Devs, should we not just be able to accomplish this with the ripple delete context menu for the arranger items? Note - I was able to add the above macro to the custom menu and do it that way.

v11.5.1 is now in beta, mainly for the crash in Subtractive. If now other major issues pop up, we will go to full release in a few days.

I haven't been able to reproduce it. Really not sure why it's not working, the OS should handle what that button does, not anything in my code. Are you doing option+click on the button?

Yes [Opt+Click]... But problem not in it. It's just quick way to maximize window. Drag&Drop by corner of window has the same problem. I can some how maximize DAW window, but when i switch any tab - window size is jump back to smaller. But problem will not appear if L&F display scale = 100% or 200%. In version 11.1 no such problem.
It's not the OS fault. All other software works fine. I think you have some calculations for font and UI when switching tabs, or when layout become visible.
I would be very grateful if you can solve this problem. Because it's looks like I'm always fighting with window of this DAW :(
