I have MXXX Core (+15 plugins i have from Melda).
It's great, but it's a nerd's plugin.
I hope the bundle thing comes up again someday, but i just can't justify the cost right now

I’m going to get the mastering bundle a little later on today; do a little bank stuff first to handle the purchase.

Just a quick opinion (and a quick reminder that we don’t have much time left on the Melda offerings: we’re down to few hours): from what I’ve gathered this past weekend, this is probably the time to make the ‘big moves’ with Melda bundle purchases as long as you’re sure that you can deal with their overall way of doing things; their UI’s!

Alternate opinions more then welcome - thanks to everyone who contributed to this Melda discussion: for me it’s been invaluable!

I think the current 60% might be the best discount ever on bundles, but you also have to keep in mind that on February 1st, Melda increased the bundle plugin prices:

• MCompleteBundle: Old €1,899 New: €2,099
• MTotalFXBundle: Old €1,699 New: €1,899
• MMixingFXBundle: Old €599 New: €649
• MCreativeFXBundle: Old €599 New: €649

That being said, it's most likely the best prices for the bundles going forward.

Should the Mxxx be considered at all when making the decision for the
MCreativeFXBundle $211 my price or
MEssentialsFXBundle for $98 my price.

MSoundFactory is a synth. It can't be used as an effects plugin. So it doesn't really include MXXX, and you can't use those effects anywhere except inside MSoundFactory patches.

I personally think MEssentialsFXBundle is a great deal at the current price - it's kind of a "Best of Melda" bundle.

That's correct. The prices hadn't changed for quite a while. The email notice from Melda prior to the price increase stated that they've added quite a few more plugins.

Yes. If any plugins are added to a specific bundle, if you own that bundle, you get those new plugins for free.

Funny as hell, guys!

Did score the Mastering Expansion (Yay!) So, The next big question is: how do I climb to the top of Melda Mountain? Assuming that Melda has another bundle sale sometime this year: How do I set myself up to get a drastic discount on either the 3rd bundle (in my case: Mixing) or one of the completes? Questions: can I just accumulate random M-plug singles and they will all be credited towards purchasing any the bundles - or just one of the all-inclusive completes? Maybe shoot for plugs that go with the Mixing bundle - or does it matter? (I assume that it does; but that's just a logical assumption) Can I have multiples of the same M-plug and they'll all be credited?

Part of the reason why I'm asking is that Plugin Boutique for one I believe gave you a free license for a Melda plug last year iirc - if multiple copies of a M-plug (any M-plug) help towards purchase of Melda's pinnacle - it'd be good to know that.

btw: I can't for the life of me think of ANY other company that does what Melda does; which is insane: If you buy a single plug, Melda updates/upgrades it for life! Full version jumps. OK: Image Line does that. But if you buy a bundle, Melda also upgrades it for life, including adding new plugs! Which Image Line does not do - if there's a version change in FL Studio, and new plugs are added: as a lifetime IL license holder I still have to pay for the added plugs - in fairness at a great discount; but $$$ is $$$ - the added plugs are not free.
