It's been a long year waiting for the Summer of Sound 2021 (since I forgot to buy the Kontakt update last year, eesh). Who's gonna have the best deal on a Kontakt 6 update?

Direct from Native Instruments appears to be your only option. I haven't found any third-party retailers selling Kontakt in quite a long time, to say nothing of Kontakt upgrades. A few third-party retailers sell Komplete, including the updates/upgrades, but they only seem to be able to sell the physical product, not a download (with the possible exception of Best Service).

I agree, seems to be the case. Darn it, I hate paying full half price!

As good as that nave sale price was...anyone else download the demo and just go "nah"? I really wanted to want it...Largo is amaze...but it doesn't float my boat :/

The Nave aspects of the Quantum keyboard sound really good. Maybe using a good filter plugin after Nave would sweeten it up, sort of like the Quantum's analog filters do.

Nave isn't as good as Largo IMO. Largo sounds better, and it's also easier to operate than Nave for me.

As you say, "as good as that Nave sale price was". Didn't get it either. Hope that Waldorf will release another soft synth one day. Iridium and Quantum are really nice. Albeit quite overkill for me.

Thanks Eric! I have the Lite edition and it doesn't seem to eat up much CPU. Does anyone have the Personal edition that can comment on the CPU utilization of that one?
