I don't believe any part of this statement

I'd need explaining who tf "Bryan Adams" even is, or was
he worked for "the man" trying to get kids to be put off playing the guitar, by making it sound painful.
fortunately, most people thought he was boring, so didnt really listen to the lyrics and guitars continued to be bought and played.
in your face "the man!" :x

canadian "rock star".
famous for summer of 69 and "everything i do, i do it for youooouuooouuu"
from the robin hood prince of thieves film, was in the charts forever here, seriously, about a year of my life, that was number f**king one :x
he also did a song with a spice girl (mel chisum, who is from here, my home town)

other than this, i know people used to piss through his letter box.

this is everything i know

Did Bryan Adams really play guitar until his fingers started bleeding some time during the period of June-September 1969?

Who knows?

You do not want to know. And it is “is”, unfortunately.

Very lax parenting then to let him sustain such an injury without supervision.

and the poor boy is out having to buy his own shite guitar
I was born 3 and a half years earlier, and this 'the five and dime' is... disingenuous, I gotta say

The song, according to Adams, is anout the sex act. He and his school sweetheart enjoying a simmer of love. Another popular one of his is all about cheating with a spicy mistress. Still it is Bryan Adams.

I don't think my mother, born in 1918, was even saying 'the five and dime' in '69

dude musta thought "1969" made him sound hip or wordly, and one might suppose is a line someone who was actually living 1969 might do, so it's singularly off-putting hackneyness here.
