I'm sorry, I lost sight of this thread for a while... Unfortunately, the Wetransfer link no longer works. Would it be possible to reupload? :ud: Thanks for all your effort!

i don't think easy modes control layout is optimal, but i'm not sure yet how to re-arrange it

1. I think it would make sense to the keep the Easy Mode/Main View switch in the same place on the GUI. It throws me off that it moves around.

2. Same for the label.

3. Speaking of the label, the first time I used it, the text was black, making it impossible to read but after going back to it, the text was white. Not sure what that was about. But will let you know if I see it again.

4. In general, I think the dark mode could use a tad more contrast. Some of the labels are quite dark, the black text in some spots is near impossible to see (MIDI, plugin type/version/build, gear icon). Some the knobs are basically the same color as the background in the bottom section so they blend in a little too well. You could try slightly lighter knobs or a lighter background. I'd also consider making the knob position indicators a bit bigger (or a tiny bit brighter) in the bottom section.

5. Those knob indicators being a tad bit brighter would help in the light skin too - just the bottom section knobs.

Really nice job with this!
I slightly increased colors/contrast, made circles on the bottom a bit larger and added just a bit of 3D to the knobs.
Also added some noise for a bit of texture.

Also moved the labels main view in easy modes.

I made too many changes to the original to replicate in the Dark mode, so i'll probably just re-work the dark mode from the new version instead, and will try to do more contrast

I went with just a splash more of 3D after refining it. A bit of indent on the bottom panel, it's not 100% flat anymore. I think it gives more definition to control elements and contributes to overall readability of the skin.

If anyone who likes it wants to give it a spin to tell me if they find this better.

it's a bit flatter than the neumorphic design cues usually are, but not 100% flat anymore.

this is just the light version, dark version will follow.

if it's fine i'll make the dark one and upload everything to patchlib finally :clown:

Edit:
I might split the threshold radial input meter to two channels tho, it irks me.

Round meter split :) + few other tweaks.
(smaller/rounder fader, subtle 3D fx tweaked, few label positions)

I think i can move to dark version + maybe another more colourful one, something blueish?
