You're right, my bad. I didn't see it's just 102 € something at Presonus.
I guess it's a little cheaper at JRRShop for European customers though. Looks like they don't charge VAT (which is a bit odd).

Indeed, my bad for not being more specific. I do understand their choice, I don't mind it but would be nice to have midi fx as their own arp, chord etc. devices. Maybe they could add a Midi FX container as a device and you drag it on an instrument and select which midi fx you want to use. I know it could be done even more simple than that, but I wouldn't mind that either.chk071 wrote: Mon Nov 22, 2021 8:41 pm ... just like in every single other DAW I ever tried... apart from Reaper, which has a nice system with their "Input FX" thing.
BTW, saying that S1 is not using the MIDI standard isn't quite correct, I think. It translates MIDI to its internal system. Again, like many other DAW's do as well, I think. Otherwise they couldn't use a finer resolution.

"Were it not for the overwhelming success of the Studio One DAW software system, it seems unlikely that an acquisition of this nature would have taken place. The move is certainly an exciting prospect for Studio One users, as there will be interesting developments on the horizon, but this could also be the first of many acquisitions for Fender, as they continue to diversify into the world of music production software and DSP solutions. Nevertheless, it is an interesting shift in the market, and we’ll keep an eye on the Fender newsroom feed in the next few months."
