Sorry Jo, I have my vsts on a different monitor to Mulab and then drag the synth or affect onto Mulab and it has opened worked fine up until version 9.0.10, drag and drop isn't working.

Still not sure what you exactly mean.
You mean for creating a new vst module in the modular area?
If that's the issue then please try again with M9.0.12 and let me know if it's back ok again.

Things are working ok again now, it was not mulab pre-beta issue but its a windows bug that I hope I've sorted out.mutools wrote: Sun Dec 26, 2021 6:16 pm Still not sure what you exactly mean.

I blinked and I missed .11!
I started on Logic 5 with a PowerBook G4 550Mhz. I now have a MacBook Air M1 and it's ~165x faster! So, why is my music not proportionally better?

A couple of things to do with the view options:
Rack Desk toggle switch - with right click switch to windowed mode the rack comes up in a separate window, but the docked rack remains visible
Would be nice also to also have option to display Live Matrix and/or Timeline in a windowed mode
Feature request - is it possible to make the keys in the part editor and the virtual keyboard velocity sensitive, i.e. according to the position clicked on the note? Would also be a nice visual feedback to highlight the played key in the part editor as happens with the virtual keyboard.

Will be fixed in the next update. Thx.RichardSemper wrote: Tue Dec 28, 2021 9:41 am Rack Desk toggle switch - with right click switch to windowed mode the rack comes up in a separate window, but the docked rack remains visible
A separate window for matrix indeed is an interesting suggestion, if enough users request this. Taken note. Though not for M9.0. (due to time management)Would be nice also to also have option to display Live Matrix and/or Timeline in a windowed mode
At first it sounds like a logical request but thinking a bit about this: These keys are rather small. If they would do a linear velocity range the user will end up playing a lot of (too) silent notes. So then you could say that part of the key plays full velocity and only part of the key should play a linear velocity range, but then that clickable velocity area will become very small, almost too small to control what velocity you want, especially for black keys. No?Feature request - is it possible to make the keys in the part editor and the virtual keyboard velocity sensitive, i.e. according to the position clicked on the note? Probably right, is a small area for this, just it always seems too loud when playing with a mouse click. I like the 3 velocity values suggestion above. Would still like to see the visual feedback in the editor keys if possible tho.

You mean when moving the mouse the corresponding key should be highlighted?RichardSemper wrote: Tue Dec 28, 2021 1:54 pm Would still like to see the visual feedback in the editor keys if possible tho.

I mean when playing a note whether by midi keyboard or clicking the note the corresponding key should be highlighted - like it does with the virtual keyboard.mutools wrote: Tue Dec 28, 2021 2:05 pmYou mean when moving the mouse the corresponding key should be highlighted?RichardSemper wrote: Tue Dec 28, 2021 1:54 pm Would still like to see the visual feedback in the editor keys if possible tho.
