I immediately uninstalled Cubase in disgust when I found out it did not have a dancing anime character plug-in like real daws do.

With Bitwig, they're brilliant and innovative, but seem to be completely oblivious to wider user-base needs and thus neglect the basic workflow features ...

Can you give an example? I like Bitwig workflow much better than Ableton. And the main factor in that is a proper mix view, the Session/Arranger in one screen and better use of the upper half of the screen when working with devices.
