That’s happening with many companies. They’re not raising their prices, they’re just not discounting as much as they used to.
Guess Covid19 pandemic has a lot to do with it and of course the ever increasing competition.
I did a Google Trends search earlier this year to figure out how many people search for DAWs to see which one was most popular, but what caught my eye most was that the trend was upward til about 2010 and then downwards after that, with a blip in 2020. Maybe younger people aren't as interested any more?

Obviously they’ve started Bing-ing for DAWs instead

Quite possible but all those people are probably looking for DIY not music because if you Bing without a Bong then you might need a new Dawbell.

Clubs and festivals being shut down had an impact. The big big names could afford to lay low and work on albums, the bedroom musicians could work on building themselves up, it's the people in between who had to find different lines of work to get by.

I just checked through my NI emails, but, at least in the last month, I didn't receive a voucher. Maybe someone else here did.
Does Native Instruments even do discount vouchers? I know they have a global one around Christmas, but it would have expired by now.

Not really, but they give out e-vouchers when you register certain software and hardware products. Otherwise, yes, they do it globally only during year end, but it expires at most by January 31 of the next year.

I think there's also a switch in both where younger people search (social apps & platforms) and in what they're more likely to use (mobile devices including tablets). I'm curious to know if DAW developers are experiencing a decline, or if it is a decline in the use of google.

Looks like the Voxengo guy didn't have any server backups. The GUIs always looked unprofessional, but this is on another level.
If you plan on purchasing your first Universal Audio hardware, you can get a free additional plugin. Just send a PM.
