For anyone here who owns Komplete 13 Ultimate Collector’s Edition, you can get MPS 4.1 for $199: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/p ... s-edition/

I had to find this link posted as a comment on their YouTube video.

In one of their comments on their YouTube announcement video (KOMPLETE 13 meets iZotope's Music Production Suite 4.1 | Native Instruments), they make mention that it's only only offerer as part of Ultimate or higher. That being said, I have ultimate and don't have any offers either. Anyone know a similar link to the above, but for Ultimate (non-Collector's Edition)?
Been following the thread on the NI Forum, obviously still buggy despite claiming it's fixed, often no offer will appear in the 'My KOMPLETE Offers' section, but if you add the product to your basket the discount will show based on what products you have registered.

Thanks. I had already looked at it. When I select "update" and add it to my cart, it comes out to $499 USD. Maybe that's the price for Ultimate owners? Or maybe there's still a problem.

Post

Maybe thats $199 for MPS (like U.CE) & $300 for 12U > 13U, which is about right.
Worth dropping them a line on support though.

I saw the hoopla regarding the sale yesterday but my account didnt show anything special at all. I have K13 Collectors. Just followed the link above and the Izotope Suite shows up for $199. Thanks for this followup...I may have to go in. Glad I held back on the expansion sale

You bought Modo Drum SE; Modo Drum SE comes with 5 kits.

You also have a Modo Drum CS license; that comes with 1 kit.
They asked me for a bunch of screenshots (which I sent). At least they have confirmed what I should have. Getting that content is the next challenge.
Ok here's my update:

At first I got 4 ridiculous replies with short answers probably written in 30 seconds. They were standard messages like "you have Modo Drum SE version 1 and we don't offer free upgrades to version 1.5".

Of course I initially explained in detail that I/we were mislead to think that the version purchased was 1.5 and not 1.0 because 1.5 was released at the time and there was no version number stated with the purchase.

At email nr. 5 I began to loose my patience and told them that it's actually their responsibility to make sure that their products are not advertised to mislead customers. Mistakes happen but when they do it's the company's responsibility to make up for the mistake.
There national and EU customer laws that companies must obey inclusive IK Multimedia.

Apparently that message was much more understandable than my former ones. At least now they have "escalated" my case and want proof of purchase.

What I don't understand is why they don't just say "Ok maybe the advertisement wasn't as clear as it could have been. We will take that into account and offer you a certain amount of extra discount/free upgrade or some kind of compensation". Then the customer will be happy and continue to support and pay full price sometimes if he/she want's a new product when it's released. Bad customer treatment is the sure way to loosing market share in the long run.

It's one redeem code for all or a serial per plugin.

Also, who thinks NI will discontinue these synths after this offer?
Too late for the promo now but I bought them a few months back. You get one code and it's NFR. I kind of regret buying them to be honest, especially with the recent discontinuation stuff.

Just curious of how many months back you registered it?
I know their regular policy for awhile now has been to not allow any transfer for the first ninety days from registering it. And there's no indication otherwise until you get to the "transfer license" page to see what you can transfer. This being a "Komplete" product, it makes sense that it would be one serial number and that they're inextricably seen as one product. Is there anything on the website denoting it as a strict NFR though?
(I bought the 'Classics' to combine with selling my Maschine2 Studio, so I don't plan on even registering anyway. Just want to keep updated on the info I'll need to pass on to the next owner.)

Regarding NFR licenses, apparently they can't be used for commerical stuff. Only for demonstration etc. I actually won a license for Komplete 13 in a remix competition but it's NFR so according to NI I can't properly use it (or upgrade it).

I wondered/hoped the same at first but I bought it in mid-November and it's still 'not transferable'.

NFR is Not For Resale. You will be the last owner because you can’t sell it. That’s it. I have upgraded NFR before. Check the webshop to verify you can upgrade

Can anyone recommend the plugin alliance triad for 29.99?

Also, does gig performer 4 ever get discounted? Failing that, any keenly priced alternative?
Meh

don't have anything to say about triad, but if you will buy it, you can get byome+triad in a bundle for the same price.

If you plan on purchasing your first Universal Audio hardware, you can get a free additional plugin. Just send a PM.

I really dont appreciate this. It conflates political decisions with russias population taken as whole. I'm sure many people there don't want this war, all this can create is discord towards the US. Additionally, sanctions should be a matter of state affairs, a company doing something like this is only symbolic and not very impactful.

Also, it is not discussing any bargains. Take it to Hyde Park. Who's moderating this page now?
