Any way to recover accidentally-deleted MIDI clips after saving?

made some changes, saved, then realized 3 parts were missing (i accidentally deleted them when trying to delete something else)...are they gone for good?

(also, the undo button was doing that thing where nothing was being undone, despite not being greyed out)

The only option I know of is to revert to a previous version of the project. You'll get your clips back but unfortunately you'll lose the changes you've made as well.

oh if that's possible, that would be totally fine by me! ...how do i find earlier versions?

In the Projects tab, select your project and then in the right pane, at the bottom of the list there is a 'Backups' section. If you have auto backup enabled, you will see a list of backups with a date and time stamp.

Select the one you want and then in the actions panel at the bottom of the screen click on the Restore Edit button and select the Edit you want.

Yeah, backups are good. Nice that there is an automatic one !

lol yep. absolute lifesaver (i used to have a habit of alternating between 2 save names, for this very reason, but i wasn't doing that this time)
