Any way to recover accidentally-deleted MIDI clips after saving?

made some changes, saved, then realized 3 parts were missing (i accidentally deleted them when trying to delete something else)...are they gone for good?
(also, the undo button was doing that thing where nothing was being undone, despite not being greyed out)

In the Projects tab, select your project and then in the right pane, at the bottom of the list there is a 'Backups' section. If you have auto backup enabled, you will see a list of backups with a date and time stamp.
Select the one you want and then in the actions panel at the bottom of the screen click on the Restore Edit button and select the Edit you want.

Yeah, backups are good. Nice that there is an automatic one !
