all plugins crashed / sandboxed - Mac OS 12.4

I was recently on (intel) MacOS 12.2 and everything was fine, most of my plugs were working. I also updated my Arturia V Collection to the latest version, and the the stand alone synths work. ALL of my instrument plugins in BW 4 (i've tried 4.0.1, 4.2.1 and the Beta 4.3.2) are all in the crashed sandbox after Mac OS 12.4. I've fully deleted everything linked to BW and started a fresh, but still the same issue. I wasn't sure if it was extra security added to the OS? I've tried giving the Arturia plugs full disk access in Security prefs, same for the BW app, but nothing is solving this issue. I've delete Index and started a full scan again, but nothing works. Any advice would be greatly welcomed. Thanks.

A crucial bit of info i forgot to mention, all my instruments work in Ableton 10, so something is not correct with Bitwig 4 (i've even tried 3) and OSX Monterey 12.4.
