Thanks for commenting!musicdevelopments wrote: Tue Jun 07, 2022 3:37 pmYou don't want to clear the MIDI Mutator, because it was designed for modifying existing MIDI files/sequences/patterns, not for creating something new from scratch. If you want to create a new phrase that sounds good with any chords, the Phrase Editor must be used. BTW certain elements from the MIDI Mutator will be also added in the Phrase Editor soon.sj1 wrote: Mon Jun 06, 2022 12:48 pmAnd please, could someone tell me how to clear the MIDI Mutator and start over. I certainly apologize if I am missing what should be obvious, but the workflow is completely obscure to me.
Otherwise BluGenes' solution is perfect for removing all notes if that is what you want.

If the MM were always tied/sized to the last thing/phrase loaded into it, that I could understand. That doesn't appear to be what I'm observing though.
When I add a new phrase to the MM, it does not replace the old one. Rather, the MM just keeps growing, with no seeming way to reset it. This I do not understand as to how it could be intended.
