Right mouse click horizontal drag doesn't work on live play matrix as it does on the timeline. This is also a related issue to the above because happens only on new composers.

Shortcut "Composer Editor->Toggle Modular Area" toggles the modular area in docked mode despite it being set in floating state, moreover while using this shortcut the proper icon is not lit as it is when triggered by a mouse click.

There is some naming inconsistency between shortcuts wrt live play matrix and its icon on the front, the icon's pop up says "live play matrix", typing that phrase into shortcut function browser gives no results as they skip the "play" part.

Hm. Am I missing something? I have a track with four stereo pairs (i.e. eight ins) and I want to process them with MuLab (effect) in another host. But when I try to set the project audio ins, I only see up to 2 stereo pairs (four ins). Is there some setting I'm not finding?

There's a preference for that, I believe it's called "num stereo inputs/outputs" or sth like that.

Four preference, now I've found them. Thanks. It would be nice if there was something like the "Audio Setup" for these - and anything else related to communication with the host. Not pressing, though.

About opening the Rack Desk from the Project Browser:
Key shortcuts are processed by the GUI component that has the keyboard focus. When you open the Project Browser it gets key focus. Pressing keys in the Project Browser will search the item that starts with the character you pressed.

About opening the Rack Desk from the Project Modular Area:
Works fine here in M9.0.42, though i applied some small tweaks to the respective code, maybe that makes a difference in certain situations. Please try again with the next M9.0.43 when it's available.

Interesting, is it possible to shift the GUI focus from one component to another without using mouse? Also, does GUI focus play role in the generic/specific shortcut type?

That previous graphical bug only occured in new composrs without any tracks. As soon as there is a track things work as expected, right?

NB: The graphical bug will have been fixed in M9.0.43. The 'no slide' in Live Matrix when there are no tracks, i'll leave that as is because it's not really a problem, and so many more prio things to do.

This will be improved in the next M9.0.43.

You're right.
The formal name is "Live Matrix".
In the next M9.0.43 the word 'Play' is removed from that button tool tip.
There also are 4 color preferences that still used the alpha dev stage term 'Live Play'.
In M9.0.43 they will have been renamed to 'Live Matrix'. (you might have to reset the color value for these renamed prefs)
