DISREGARD - One and 2 start to glitch after awhile in Reaper DAW

Edit: I've had this issue again with another synth not by KV331, so I think the issue is not synth specific.

I've experienced both One and 2 start to glitch after repeated replays during a given Reaper session. What is happening and how can I remedy this?
