Sure, got it. Will do. Please tell me when my posts are annoying, I want to hear it and will make changes accordingly.

I also feel like any vendor using the t ... egin with.

Now I know this is directed at me. ;)

I will be posting a couple of deals tonight that normally featured all of these nuisances in the past. Please alert me if they're still unsatisfactory.

Version 2? Great! No not great! It is Fantastic!!
Got is for $3.18
Pick-up at local GC.
Today got an email that I cancelled the purchase.
I called and they said sorry for the error and took a new order.
To re-purchase I gave them my VISA info.
The GC customer service is not in the US.
So now I am a bit concerned about what can happen.

Rest assured, you aren't the only offender there.
One last thing...
If all vendors would list when iLok/Codemeter/eLicense/etc. Protection schemes are required to run the specific product, that would cut our annoyances down a lot too.

Maybe not the only offender but I think I started the trend. Will fix this behavior moving forward. “Get 80% off this one exceptional deal, plus other (not so impressive) deals.”

That sucks. Mine arrived much faster than I expected. I wonder what made them think you had canceled the order? Are you sure the email was from GC themselves?

If you're worried about your Visa number just monitor the account and if there are any unauthorized purchases report them immediately and you shouldn't be liable. They may issue you a new card number which might be a bit of a pain if you have any automatic payments set up.

Same here. The email said I had cancelled the order (definitely didn't). I didn't bother reordering though. Maybe it had something to do with shipping to the local gc for pickup (which I did do)? Also paid with paypal so maybe that's part of it...

Post

It was GC customer service I called for sure as the email had my PO number.
Yes I paid initially with Paypal and was to pickup at the local GC store.
However paid with Visa on the second order.
I was promised by July 29th.

It seems to me that they knew it was their fault for the cancellation.

Post

That's odd, I paid with PayPal as well. Just got lucky I guess....

Even with the $4.99 delivery and tax it came out to $8.13 here so a great deal for two D-16 plugins.

Now I just have to wait until (or if) the delivery arrives.
Didn't you get the plugins yet?

@Uncle E

Question.

I was just looking in 'Add To Cart For 50% Off' and saw a software tittle that I'd like to purchase (Sugar Bytes Artillery 2) but once I added it to the cart there is no discount.

Following the links...
Home >> Add To Cart For 50% Off >> Sugar Bytes Artillery 2
https://www.jrrshop.com/sugar-bytes-artillery
When added to cart...
Coupon codes are not available for this manufacturer (Sugar Bytes)
Is it in the wrong section or is it 'Add To Cart For 50% Off' and there is an error when adding to the cart?

WTB @ 50% Off

Hi folks, is there a good way of generating virtual cash in plugin boutique? I'm looking at some bundles which are quite a lot of money, and wondering if I could actually save by buying some cheaper stuff first to generate the wallet thingy cash ?

I don't think so, you only get 5% of your spend back so you'd have to spend, what, 20x the value of the product to get enough to buy it?

You can trade any tokens you've earnt but think you only get £1 per token, probably best to hold them until a decent deal comes along.

Check 'My Products' in your account and make sure you've reviewed them all (just stars ratings) only 20p per each rating, but it mounts up, I'd totally forgotten about this, checked my account and added over £2 to my virtual cash just by doing some quick reviews. Not much, but every little.
