Ah, would not be surprised if that's it. They may not be counting you towards updates until the final installment is paid. Which would make some sense.
Yep I read, I think on GS, that's the case. Only fully paid product will count.

Why is that ridiculous? You don't fully own until you pay it off. Like a car. Or a house. Or anything else you buy in installments.

I've spent thousands on arturia software and hardware over the years and it's not as if I'm going to stiff them 20 bucks on the last payment.

They also know this.

It seems needlessly restrictive.

You make it sound like there's an actual person looking at every customer's purchase history before handing out discounts

Just ask if you can pay off the last installment immediately, I vaguely remember someone doing just that.

If this had asymmetric and wilder filters. This would replace 90% of my distortion tools.

Loving the feedback option. Makes it stand out from other plugins and gets me to Emptyset type of distortion. Any other distortion plugins with feedback?
