I'm happy to see there is a new version in the works. All the changes sound like great additions so I'm looking forward to the release. The FX version sounds interesting as well. :tu:

In future versions it would be nice to have some more routing options like sending Osc 1 to one effect and Osc 2 to another or bypass or send one to the Arp/Seq and one bypassed etc.

No VSTi? That's a pretty big restriction at this point in time.

I hear that the CLAP developers are working on a CLAP-to-VST* converter. Urs of U-he has posted a few screenshots on another KVR thread IIRC. So hopefully in the near future CLAP exclusive plugins will be accessible to a larger audience

I don't care but I'd have thought developers might want to make plugins that will work in every host, not just in one or two, especially if they are trying to sell them.

Today I'm very excited to announce that Integrate version 1.1 has been released! Also, I have started a Halloween sale running until 1st November with 30% off. During the sale Integrate costs $38.49 USD.

If you already own a copy of Integrate, this is free update. The old version will remain available to download.

Changelog:
  • 8 new distortion/filter saturator algorithms: 4 waveshapers closely modeled off the Virus C, 3 asymmetric modes to add even harmonics, "teeth" algorithm.
  • Added support for the Linux platform.
  • Windows support has been extended to also include Windows 7 and 8. (Vista might also work, but I haven't tried it.)
  • New note glide modes. You can select between always glide, glide between adjacent notes, and glide between overlapping notes.
  • Both Amp A and Amp B now have a note velocity to amp option (previously this was always enabled).
  • After installing Integrate, my free audio plugins will no longer automatically display the about screen when opened.
  • Improved installer to reduce download size (roughly 5x smaller).
  • Dark theme has been added.
  • General user interface improvements.
  • Installer performs consistency check to ensure the plugin is installed correctly
  • Support for the note choke event in the CLAP format.
  • Various additional features from the CLAP API.
  • Improved security when loading patches.
  • Bugfix: For hosts using very large buffer sizes, the trance gate will now function correctly.
Additionally, the new IntegrateFX plugin is bundled.

This contains 8 effect slots in which any of the existing effect units from Integrate can be placed. Each effect unit can be used up to 3 times in an instance of IntegrateFX. 3 multi-segment curve modulators are available synced to the host's BPM, each with up to 3 modulation destinations.

I will be looking forward to reading your feedback on this update! And as always, I am happy to hear your ideas on features for later updates.

Too bad I don't have Bitwig. Can't wait to for that CLAP to VST wrapper before installing the latest version.

Thank you for supporting Linux!! :)

That's great news! How would those of us who have already purchased Integrate get the update? :)

You should be able to access it using the download link you received via email from your purchase. Or if you created an account on itch.io, the update will be downloadable from your library. Feel free to send me a PM if you are having trouble!

Ok thanks I got it now from the itch.io receipt. I buy so many plugins I sometimes forget how and where they are delivered.

Anyway thanks for the great update! The FX version is cool as well. :tu:

EDIT: I'm having an issue with the timing on the Trancegate between the CLAP version in Bitwig and the FL Studio version but only on my studio system. It doesn't occur on this system.

The trancegate timing in the FL version is doubled at the same BPM.

Both systems run Windows 10 21H2 but the studio uses Focusrite ASIO while this system uses FL Studio ASIO.

I'll test again after a fresh boot tomorrow but right now the issue is 100% reproducible, not sure what's going on.

I've looked through the trancegate code and I cannot see where the issue lies. If you could check these things, it might help me narrow it down:
  • Does this occur in Integrate, IntegrateFX or both?
  • Does this occur when the song is playing, paused or both?
  • Does the arpeggiator also run twice as fast?
  • Does it run exactly twice as fast, or just approximately?
  • What sample rate and buffer size are you using?
Many thanks!

Sorry, I got sidetracked.

It occurs in both Integrate and Integrate FX
It occurs when a project is playing or not.
The Arp does also run twice as fast.
It sounds exactly twice as fast to me but I haven't tried to scientifically measure it.
I'm testing at 44.1K and 512 samples (12ms) latency, Focusrite ASIO drivers. Same settings when testing the CLAP version in Bitwig.

Here's how I reproduce the issue:
Load FL Studio
Load Integrate with the INIT patch
Turn on the Trancegate which defaults to 1/32 in the INIT patch.
Play a note.

Same process with the CLAP version in Bitwig runs twice as slow at the same BPM.

Hope that helps. :)

One would think so...

Here on Arch Linux / REAPER, UI mouse interaction is extremely laggy, it takes like 10 secs to see the effect of a click. Thus pretty much unusable. UI rendering seems fine though, e.g. oscilloscope animation is looking smooth.
