SM2 2.9.15 restore my preset banks error

Hi

Just upgraded to 2.9.15 and when I try and restore my preset banks I get the error:

"None of the preset banks were downloaded and/or installed"

I've tried re-installing it, re-booting PC etc but I get the same error message.

For reference, I've got the everything bundle and I can see there are some expansions that are missing

Could you try to delete these files:
Please close your DAW and delete:
Documents / Synthmaster / SynthmasterPresets.xml
Documents / Synthmaster / SynthmasterProducts.xml
Documents / Synthmaster / SynthmasterLicenseKey.txt
Documents / Synthmaster / Config / Synthmasterconfig.txt files and try again.

If this will not worki your issue could be license issue. I should check your Email. Did you send us your issue from customer support. If not please send.

I tried that and it didn't solve the issue. However, just to note I don't have a "Documents/Synthmaster/SynthmasterProducts.xml" file so could that be the issue?
