I love the sound quality, I love the visual display, especially on the LFO targets, and I love the fact that the LFO has a fade in control. I will play more with this beauty. It was well worth the download!

It requires macOS 10.15 or newer, and is compatible with Intel and Apple Silicon Macs.

would it be possible to program the "advertising sign" differently? It pops up on every(!) open and seems to swell the CPU in FL Studio, especially when playing a project for the first time and multiple instances of Apricot open, especially spikes when multiple are playing at the same time.

In fact, you can save about 20% CPU (which is a lot, if you assume 50%, 75% are already crackles in FL Studio) if you open all Apricot instances after opening the project and the "advertising sign" clicks away/closes, otherwise it will continue to pull at the CPU

To force disable the about popup being shown at startup, open Notepad and paste

Save it with the file name update.reg (you might need to select "All Files" as the "Save as type:" in the save dialog, or Notepad will add .txt to the file name). Then, double-click the file in File Explorer to merge the settings into the registry.

Let me know if this fixes the issue for you. In the meantime I will be looking into why the popup is using so much CPU in the first place!
