Hi all
I'm really not sure what's available out there, can you recommend me a few favorites?

I like using SEQUND for evolving patterns - https://510k.myshopify.com/collections/ ... -sequencer It's quick to use and was coded by Tadashi Suginomori of HY-Plugins so you know there's deep functionality. I still like to use Sample Logic's Animation Station as well. Both were a little expensive but totally worth it now that I've incorporated them into my regular templates.

Check out BlueARP. It's free, and, it's one of the best I used, which includes payware like Cthulhu and Kirnu.
It's kind of a hybrid between arpeggiator and sequencer, but, therefor a lot of fun to use.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone.
Ah this is the one I was looking at a while back! Does it function as an Arp as well? I thought it was just a sequencer.

I don't remember it being an Arp... but it has been a while since I tried it.
There isn't one plugin Arp that just does it for me. I bought most of what is available and wasn't satisfied with any of them. My favorite Arp is the one in Bitwig cause I can easily modulate it, layer it, etc. The Bitwig Arp also works well with MPE controllers.
But that only helps for someone using Bitwig.

I'd never heard of Seqund before, so I popped in on the site and downloaded the demo. I'll check it out later. It doesn't seem to have ratcheting which is a device I use often. Still, the workaround is to space the notes out in a 1/32 tempo and just double notes where I want the ratcheting effect. Hopefully, Seqund has 32 steps instead of the traditional 16 to make this effect work.morphex wrote: ↑Tue Dec 06, 2022 6:59 pm I like using SEQUND for evolving patterns - https://510k.myshopify.com/collections/ ... -sequencer It's quick to use and was coded by Tadashi Suginomori of HY-Plugins so you know there's deep functionality. The best Arp that I encounter in this life is not an VST Arp , but an hardware arpeggiator . Karma form Korg M3 or Korg Kronos .This one is so complex , that some time I think that is alive ...
