Cursor stuck bug

I searched the forum and found this bug was already discussed about a year ago here: viewtopic.php?t=575322
but it still happens on every instance of SM I use, even on the latest version.

Basically Everytime I adjust the modulation amount the cursor gets stuck in the up-down double arrow until it hits something else that changes the cursor appearance again.

I use FL Studio v20.9.2 and this is the version of SM I use (it should be the latest version because I just updated it yesterday):

I've been seeing this as well, although not when changing knobs. My cursor sticks after hovering over certain envelope nodes, such as the ADSR1 Attack Slope, Decay Slope and Release Slope nodes. These nodes appear to have 3 states (not visible; visible-highlighted; visible-not highlighted). The cursor appearance seems to freeze if the 'visible-highlighted' to 'visible-not highlighted' transition does not occur.

I can repro this by selecting a node close to the edge of the ASDR1 border (eg Attack Slop node is at the bottom) and then moving the mouse outside of the ASDR1 area. The node goes from a 'visible-highlighted' to 'hidden' status and the cursor appearance doesn't change.
